Every Humming order is prepared and dispatched promptly. Because our sets are shipped from our international warehouse, please allow time for delivery — the details are below.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 days from dispatch.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, or where customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal conditions are involved. We'll always share tracking so you can follow your order.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping on all orders. (Edit if you decide to charge for shipping or limit free shipping to certain regions.)
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Because orders ship internationally, they may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes when they arrive in your country. These are set by your local authorities, are outside our control, and are your responsibility as the recipient.
Customers in the United States, please note: import rules for low-value parcels changed in 2025, and shipments may now attract customs duties or fees on arrival that previously did not apply. Any such charges are separate from the price you pay us and are determined by US Customs.
If you have any doubt about charges that may apply where you live, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking to begin updating.
Delays
Most orders arrive within the estimated window, but we can't control what happens once a parcel is with the carrier or in customs. If your order is significantly overdue, email us at contact@hummingfork.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund for the goods.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking confirms it as lost, contact us at contact@hummingfork.com and we'll put it right under our Return & Refund Policy.
